Does someone in your group have a special dietary need, intolerance or food allergy? Please give us advance notice and will do our best to accommodate them! We have gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian and more options. And please note that all meals will be cooked in the same kitchen facility.

Hand Stretched 12” Pies made with our finest Caputo flour and the freshest ingredients. Every buffet starts with our Four Cheese Pizza, after which you can additionally choose up to three of our specialty pizzas to add to the buffet. Then choose ONE of our accompanying salads to complete your buffet. Additional appetizers, salads and meals are sold separately.

Do the pizza trucks have minimums?

They do – please fill out a request here and we will recommend the best truck or service for your event needs, based on your event type and guest count (minimums vary per truck and service.)

Can my guests order their pizzas at the truck during the event?

No – you would choose three pizzas from our menu (we add plain cheese as your automatic fourth option) and they would be served buffet style, either at the pizza truck itself or inside the venue. Please click here for a personalized quote for your event!

I have dietary restrictions in my group. Can the pizza trucks accommodate them?

In most cases, absolutely! We offer gluten-free crusts as well as vegan cheese for your dietary restricted guests, or in the case of more severe allergies, we can recommend an alternative meal to ensure food safety for all of your guests!

Is there a contract or a deposit required to book a pizza truck?

We require a signed contract and a deposit that is equal to 25% of the subtotal on your quote. Please click here to tell us about your event and receive a personalized quote!

Can my guests pay for their pizza directly during the event?

What is your policy in the case of inclement weather for my event?

We highly encourage you to have a backup menu in the case of extreme weather. Please inquire about possible options when you request your quote.
