Indy Fresh has a new and exciting addition to our catering business!!! Honoring the artisans of old world style, wood-fired cooking, we have added two mobile wood fired ovens directly to your home, office, venue or event. We are excited to share our Artisan Style Pizzas made the way they were intended. You have not experienced wood fired pizza catering like this before!

Dietary Needs

Does someone in your group have a special dietary need, intolerance or food allergy? Please give us advance notice and will do our best to accommodate them! We have gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian and more options. And please note that all meals will be cooked in the same kitchen facility.

Hand Stretched 13” Pies made with our finest Caputo flour cut and displayed on a buffet with your other Indy Fresh options. Choose three of our Pre-designed Pizzas, two Traditional, one Freestyle, or make your own options. The base cost for the pizzas are $14 per person, and the event is all you can eat for two hours. Add appetizers, salads, or other pasta options to truly customize your event.

Do the pizza trucks have minimums?

They do – please fill out a request here and we will recommend the best truck or service for your event needs, based on your event type and guest count (minimums vary per truck and service.)

Can my guests order their pizzas at the truck during the event?

No – you would choose three pizzas from our menu (we add plain cheese as your automatic fourth option) and they would be served buffet style, either at the pizza truck itself or inside the venue. Please click here for a personalized quote for your event!

I have dietary restrictions in my group. Can the pizza trucks accommodate them?

In most cases, absolutely! We offer gluten-free crusts as well as vegan cheese for your dietary restricted guests, or in the case of more severe allergies, we can recommend an alternative meal to ensure food safety for all of your guests!

Is there a contract or a deposit required to book a pizza truck?

We require a signed contract and a deposit that is equal to 25% of the subtotal on your quote. Please click here to tell us about your event and receive a personalized quote!

Can my guests pay for their pizza directly during the event?

We may occasionally consider vending events. Please contact toby@indyfreshcatering.com with your event details.

What is your policy in the case of inclement weather for my event?

We highly encourage you to have a backup menu in the case of extreme weather. Please inquire about possible options when you request your quote.
