Before working at Indy Fresh, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

I feel like every job I’ve ever taken on has been one, or both, of these things.

Managing restaurants/bars, bartending & serving, Commercial Construction, Commercial Real Estate…just to name a few.

What do you like most about working at Indy Fresh?

The people: Coworkers & Owners that I work with, customers we work for, & the countless opportunities I have, to introduce Indy Fresh to people in & around Central Indy!

Do you have a nickname at work? What is it?

Flaca – which means “skinny” in Spanish 😊

If you had to eat one meal from Indy Fresh, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Anything with our Vodka Sauce…it’s delicious!

Motto or Personal Mantra:

“Never give up!”

I’m happiest when:

My son is happy!

What I fear most:

Failing as a mother…and BIRDS

I’m most proud of:

Beating the odds against me as a young, single mom…so also my son that I’ve raised thus far.

People would be surprised to know:

1) I’ve had my Indiana Real Estate license.

2) I had my son when I was 18 years-old.

3) I was a published author at 10 years-old.

How do you typically spend your weekends?

Depending on the season…but either at the baseball diamonds, football fields, or basketball courts. I’m a true “Sports Mom”.

When I’m not at games, I try to go to as many concerts as I can or spend time outside (boating & swimming). –Weather permitting 😊

What celebrity do people think you look like?

I get Danica Patrick a lot

What is the first concert you attended?

Spice Girls came to “Deer Creek” when I was in 4th grade (I think) …My dad was a trooper to take me to (& sit through) that one.

If money were not a consideration, how would you spend the days of your life?

I would still want to work…but on my schedule. I need to always be busy. I would travel often & explore the world with my son.
