The Gold Package
The Gold Package offers a buffet with the menu selection of your choice. Our staff will deliver and set up the buffet line(s) with disposable chafing racks & serving utensils. Clear, disposable plates & eating utensils are included along with cups and water for self service. $14-$15 per person.
The Platinum Package
The Platinum Package offers a buffet with the menu selection of your choice. Our staff will deliver and set up the buffet line(s) with stainless steel chafing racks and serving utensils, swap out/maintain food, clean up service area after meal and provide table releasing if required. Clear, disposable plates & eating utensils are included along with cups and water for self service. $19-$20 per person
Additional Services
Bar Service
You supply the beer and wine, we provide the bar service. This service includes alcohol permit, licensed bartenders and bar set up (coolers, ice, cups and napkins). $5/person.
Cocktail Hour
Cocktail Hour includes up to two appetizer selections from our menu along with our catering attendants to maintain and clean the station. $6/person.
Cake Cutting
This service includes cake cutting performed by one of our catering attendants along with plates, napkins and forks. $2/person.
Non-Alcoholic Beverage Service (Dinner Only)
Self-Serve Non-Alcoholic beverages provided by our catering attendants. Includes a selection of Iced Tea, Lemonade and/or Soft Drinks along with cups and ice. $1/person.
Non-Alcoholic Beverage Service (All Night)
Self-Serve Non-Alcoholic beverages provided by our catering attendants. Includes a selection of Iced Tea, Lemonade and/or Soft Drinks along with cups and ice. $2/person.
